Though companies and leaders worldwide recognize the advantages of engaging employees -- and many have instituted surveys to measure engagement -- employee engagement has barely budged in well over a decade.
Gallup has been tracking employee engagement in the U.S. since 2000. Though there have been some slight ebbs and flows, less than one-third of U.S. employees have been engaged in their jobs and workplaces during these 15 years. According to Gallup Daily tracking, 32% of employees in the U.S. are engaged -- meaning they are involved in, enthusiastic about and committed to their work and workplace. Worldwide, only 13% of employees working for an organization are engaged.

Certified Curriculum Designer and graduate level instructor, with a long-term record of superior performance, focusing on Analytical, Technical, and Leadership Programs. Graduate Degree in Education/Instructional Design, and Undergraduate Degree in Psychology with an education focus track, as well as Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Michael Peck, COO, Managing Partner - Earning an Engineering from West Point, with an additional focus on Personnel Management, and a Master’s of Education, with focus in Instructional Design, Mike combines his advanced education with over 25 years experience in Special Operations and Aviation to deliver professional support to those still at the "Tip of the Spear". He merges his military knowledge with world-wide logistics experience, as well as Law Enforcement proficiency as an officer and trainer, to deliver the best, custom-tailored training and support available.
Mike is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Joint Military/Law Enforcement Operations, Airborne Use of Force (AUF), and SOF Operational Logistical Support. He is an Adjunct Instructor for multiple U.S. Federal Law Enforcement organizations, as well as Allied SOF units, and has delivered unique support packages to units, world-wide, when others could not.
